"It literally does not matter whether or not you order ahead in the app, you will always wait 30 minutes to get your food. This location is the absolute worst! I'm not in the area often but the 3 to 4 times I have come here in the last year my experience is always the same. There is never an apology for making you wait 30 minutes for an app order that was placed 10 minutes before you even arrived. They need to get a better system, this is the only location that I have had this experience with. Wish I could give them negative stars for customer service."

"The hispanic older lady on night shift is so rude! And completely incompetent at such a simple job. She’s slow and has the nerve to try and argue with customers. Like lady, you don’t even want to be here, so why are you here! Idk what happened, but it seems like you replaced everyone that was good on night shift with these people that do not want to work!"

"This particular place I gave a 1 star only because of the manager and the way she spoke to the employees who are mostly younger. The food and the service I gave 5 stars. The food was good the service was great. I don't like seeing kids treated like that when they are doing their best. This is a busy place, while the manager, I believe her name is Rachel, barks orders at these employees instead of help or clean up the horrible mess in the dining room, or help them as they are trying to complete orders. The young girl who helped us was very nice. She had big blue eyes, I wish I knew her name anyway, she handled herself well, even though it was busy and hot in there. The other employees were great too. I feel that this place would be great if they had better leadership. People don't work well in that kind of environment. I'm going to to come back because the employees do a great job, hopefully they change managers. If I see the manager act like this again, I will go to someone higher up and let them know that Rachel or whatever her name is, is not a good look for this Popeyes."

"I don’t know if I wanna go back to this one in particular. Ordered me Two chicken legs with a biscuit and a drank. They had no sweet tea or hot sauce which was cool I guess I live out with my favorite items with chicken legs. Anyways I waited literally 20 minutes and I just took my order and left. When I got Home I only saw one chicken leg and a thigh that barely had any meat on it. Was disappointed. I love Popeyes but idk if I’ll be back ."
