"I'm too tired to list my order, but we went back because they screwed up the order + forgot the chalupas just to get home again and find the chalupas to be screwed up, too. no matter what we order, how we list the items, and even when the orders repeated back to us correctly, the food is always messed up. they made all the chalupas chicken, when only 2 were chicken. I really dislike grilled chicken but im hungry so I'm gonna eat it so as not to waste food, but I'm not at all enjoying my meal. everybody has been having problems with this place the last 8 months, what is going on ? this is so disappointing. if you need to take more time to prepare orders, do that. I'd rather wait longer and get my correct food than wait ANY amount of time and get messed up food. we only get fast food on nights nobody has energy to cook. I dont think we will be returning."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Me and my wife love us some Taco Bell but every single time we go to this specific one our order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. They don’t care to offer you sauce. You have to ask. So we sat in the drive thru for even longer trying to get their attention waving at them to give us sauce and they didn’t even acknowledge us for a while. They don’t care about what you order period. I ordered Doritos locos tacos supreme and I got regular supreme tacos. If you guys ran out of the shell or something then something could have been said or if you just didn’t care to give me what I paid for. Either way this place is trash. I will not go here anymore even though it is around the corner from my house. I will go out of my way to the one on antelope because they are awesome!!!"

"Just got home and started eating my food, it was horrible the taco shells were old and stale. Spent over $30 totally wasted money! The black chick in the drive thru was fat and had a bad attitude. Worst service ever."

"The staff suspiciously asked me to back my car up before they prepared my order so I couldn’t watch what they were doing with my food They definitely came off as rude and I don’t feel comfortable eating there. I decided to drive back up and noticed a crowd of employees blocking the window so i could not see inside, each employee placing their backs to the window as if to hide something. Never coming back"

"Went for a quick order last night after a long day at the water and ended up coming back with a Cheesy Gordita crunch with no meat and spilling out Spicy Ranch all over our other food. It was like half a bottle was emptied on it. Pretty sure it was purposeful. Doritos taco was cold. No receipt given as asked (likely also on purpose). Extremely disappointing will not be coming back. Was nothing but nice. No reason to do something so extremely rude."
