"First, they don’t tell you this is part of Applebees. It took me 30 minutes to find it. Then the guy at Applebees said it wasn’t there. I had ordered online and I had already paid. I had to make some phone calls to find out where it was. The food was cold by the time I got it. Food was mediocre at best. Order somewhere else."

"Waited 1 hr to NOT get our food after ordering pick up on THEIR app. Then we finally went inside to ask what was going on and they said there is nothing they can do and that we have to request a refund from door dash because they think a driver took it. WE DIDNT ORDER FROM DOOR DASH. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Didn’t get our money back or our food. Never ever coming here again"

"Restaurant had no record of our order even though I received an email and text confirmation and checked into curbside using the text I received. Employee came out to say there was no record of our order. They went back in to talk to manager who claimed our order may have been fake. Manager came out and said we must have placed the order for the incorrect State. Showed the confirmation email to manager with the correct State, confirmation text and screenshot of pending charge in our bank account. Next, the General Manager comes out to say for the 3rd time that there was no record of our order. After repeating everything they finally agreed to COOK our order. Husband sat in parking lot with 3 kids for over an hour while they decided whether or not to honor our order. Received order over an hour after the confirmation email said it would be ready and over an hour after I received text message saying the order was ready. Even received a text message to complete survey after we received it."
