"WTFalafel is a new establishment serving Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant is located in a plaza north of the 60 Freeway on Pigeon Pass, across from the Home Depot and In N Out. It’s in the same plaza as Farmer Boy’s and Circle K. They have a variety of dishes to offer but we wanted to taste a little bit of everything. We ordered: * Tour of Beirut Combo Plate (Beef, Chicken & Kafta) - This is a great trio of proteins that came with fluffy rice, a side of salad, hummus, toom (garlic sauce), pita bread, and a grilled chili pepper. Everything was delicious but I particularly liked the beef than the chicken and kafta. By the way, the chili was spicy for my palate. It tasted good but the heat was intense. I’d say this is good for sharing because we took half of this dish home. * Beef Shawarma - More flavorful than the chicken shawarma but still good. * Chicken Shawarma - This is a great basic dish to try if you haven’t had Mediterranean food before. The flavors are milder for beginner palates. * Falafel - They really make a great falafel here. It’s not dry like other places and it’s great with a side of tahini sauce. The restaurant had plenty of seating including a mini bar. This would be a great place for group/work lunches or dinners. The service was great. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff sharing their recommendations. Overall, delicious food in a sketch location - a hidden gem! The service would make me want to come back here. Such pleasant people!"
"Best kebab i had, totally recommend. The food is nice and authentic, The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the place is very clean with a nice Lebanese decoration. And Nahla and her colleague were very nice and welcoming and made us feel home."
"The best Levantine "Mediterranean" food I ever had bar none & I've eaten at many "Mediterranean" restaurants over the decades. The wait staff are also extremely nice. They also serve Lebanese beer & wine in addition to standard bar offerings. Try it, you will not be disappointed."
"I wanted the lamb chops, but they told me that they ran out. I then order the lamb kabobs. I told the girl on the phone that I want medium rare. I told three times ,because she keep saying medium. She told me it will be medium rare. When I got there they told it $18.99 when on their website is $16.99. They did honor their website price. When I got home and the kabobs is well done, I don't eat red meat well done. First time and last time."
"I must give 5 stars to this place. Basically a hidden gem (At least an awesome discovery for me) in Moreno Valley. Ordered a Beirut Beef Kebab wrap which was absolutely awesome. The beef chunks very juicy, fresh meat of course perfectly marinated. Great flavor, wrap nicely filled with hummus, onions, peppers, etc. I highly recommend this restaurant, which is very nice decorated and clean. Really love the fact that restaurants care about their place putting an extra effort in creating good ambiance. Well done!! Looking forward to come back soon!!"
