"Jose the pretend manager would not help me with an issue on my burger king app...burger King needs to teach him how to better his customer service..I had to wait 30 more minutes for my order..only waited because on my app..I already had paid twice for my order..."
"Extremely horrible service and equal quality on the food. Just horrible. BK has gone down through the years."
"Waited in line for 15 minutes to get horrible service extremely old food and obviously cold. Everyone working that night should be let go. As far as fast food goes, that was a joke. Chicken fries were basically rubber whopper could’ve still been frozen. We’ve all worked fast food or at least most of us.. everything has timer for how long to cook and how long it can be held. The manager or shift lead possibly even franchise owner must not care at all. Poor excuse even for fast food."
"I have definitely eaten my last food item from BK! In previous reviews I have commented on the buns and their lack of freshness. At first I thought it was the Whopper only that struggled with fresh buns. Welp…yelp…looka here…the Royal Chicken Sandwich shares the same struggle. Stale, old, dry, buns!!!! One may say, “you should have taken it back,” well genius, look around, the BKs are miles apart. It’s not that easy with gas costing $20 a gallon. I used coupons and still spent $22 for 3 people. Not sure if there was an actual deal in that. The Whopper Jr Duo for $5 should be $3. Those burgers are about the size of White Castle burgers. Unbelievable! Tiny…tiny…burgers with decent buns lol. Those buns can withstand the grip of an 11 year old young boy. The Royal Chicken….couldn't take the delicate touch of a middle aged gramma! Nope…I cannot get over my shredded bun! I’m highly offended that they can’t get the simplest stuff right. Fresh food!!!! Is that too much to ask? And a word to the management team of this BK AND ALL OF THE ONES in the Inland Empire…..get some better, fresher buns…this is out of control! It’s like"
"I came in 11/21/23 around 4:45pm. The two employees (I did not get their names) one tall with sides of head shaved the other possibly asian or hispanic not sure. They were very polite not only to customers but also to other employees. No rude or obscene talking. And to top it off my food was fresh and fries were hot. Restaurant and bathroom were very clean. I will return to this location again"
