Pieology Pizzeria, Rialto

"Edit: Tried their Nutella dessert since they no longer do the cinnamon/chocolate chip one (2/12/2024). I'm not a super fan of Nutella to begin with, but I assumed the spread would be drizzled on like with their previous cinnamon dessert. I was, unfortunately, mistaken. The Nutella was just put on in thick, & I mean thick, lines. Had to smear off a lot since it was far too much! Was disappointed :( If they maybe heated it & put it in a piping bag/ziplock bag w/ snipped corner or squeeze bottle & drizzled it on that way, it would be far better & more appetizing. Felt like I wasted $5. Pizza was good as always, though, so no complaints there!"

"So my girlfriend and I come here about once a month. The last few times we have come they have been out of many things we like on our pizza. The staff was rude and rushed even though we were the only ones there (a couple ahead of us had pizzas in the oven already). I’m not sure who does inventory here but they don’t do a very good job of it. I will say the staff is usually nice and friendly. The last few times we’ve been here it hasn’t been a good experience."

"The staff are friendly and the store is very clean, buuuuut one small problem, every time I pick up my pizza to go it is burnt black and this isn't the first time that this has happened in fact this is the third time that this has happened and it is very annoying. Do better Pieology"

"My pizzas were burnt. I don't blame the employees for being understaffed and under a lot of pressure trying to do 2 or 3 things at a time. But I do blame them for serving me these burnt pizzas as they have to look at them prior to putting them in the box. I made a complaint at the time but I did not want to wait another 25-30mins for new pizzas. I also emailed customer service about it yesterday but I haven't received an response."

"As soon as we came into the store we stood in the line for 10 minutes without being greeted. As we were standing there, we saw two employees in the back having a conversation unaware that we were there. This pieology has no leadership and the pieologist on the line did not seem to give one ounce of customer service. After waiting 15 minutes for our pizza's to bake in the oven because the fire seemed to be very low, we still got them back undercooked. When I walked up to Stacy, the pieologist, to notify her the pizzas were undercooked, she was having a conversation on her AirPods and didn't notice I was standing behind her even after saying "excuse me". We also witnessed Ariana eating on the line while turning the pizzas without any gloves. When we got the pizzas the second time around they came back burnt and we immediately asked for a refund. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Save yourself the time, money and hassle and do not come here."
