"Came to this place expecting good food but it was not. Service was really bad, waitress was friendly and nice but she would disappear for long periods of time. I would recommend coming here for drinks and for the atmosphere but for service or food i would not recommend."

"Had been wanting to come and eat here for a while, finally we did. My wife, my son, and I. This has to be the worst customer service experience ever.... it was around noon the music was way too loud, had to be yelling at each other... not cool. These waitresses need to be trained or something. Since we didn't order any alcohol, she would not come to our table. She forgot my wife's campechana horrible service. The food was good but for the small quantities the prices are a bit high. They are super cheap on the salsa.... what a joke. I have never been to a Marisco place where they're so cheap on quantities and terrible customer service. I did not tip due to the service fee that they automatically added. I will never come to this place again. Really hope the owner sees my review and does something about this... What a bummer, too. I live a couple of minutes away. Would have been the perfect spot.."

"Well, the chips and salsa good but small salsa cup wasn't filled, so I had to wait a long time for service, but salsa was good. Service was horrible. It was July 4th, and a few people were there, but the server seemed occupied with only the bar patrons. I ordered the wrong food and I didn't like it so I can't comment on that. The restaurant was very warm, temperature wise, making it very uncomfortable. The server never came and refilled my drinks or checked on me. I got up to pay, and she never brought the bill.
