"Pretty, pretty bad. Ordered the #16, Brown sugar tea. It was very watery and weak. I paid for extra boba and there was a good amount. The counter girl was like an unpleasant robot, absolutely zero personality. The young guy working there actually did show some personality. The contrast was amazing."
