"The cashier at 05:07, 02/20/24 needs to be retrained or shouldnt have a job in customer service. the food was fine but the cashier was rude and gave me a side eye and sighed when i asked for extra time to pull out my debit, then she sat the card reader down when my payment was ready and proceeded to take another customers order while still giving quick side eyes at me. the cashier only took my payment because i exclaimed “so its free because you dont want to take my card”. the other ladies and gentleman are better with dealing with the early morning crowd and if she hates her job so much she should find employment elsewhere"

"I'm here right now at this location trying to pickup a 3rd party delivery order. This is place is severely understaffed and they want customers walking in to use the 2 kiosk. It's really sad what these chain places are doing. But this location has its own issues with in and it does need to be addressed. Right now it's been about 10 minutes and still my delivery hasn't been made yet. Not good. The drive thru is no better either. Long line put to the parking lot."

"I bought 2 crunchwrap combos and both crunchwraps barely had any meat . It was more like a vegan Crunchwrap only lettuce and tomato and cheese . I’m never going back ."

"Used to be a good place for me but last couple of times...it's gone down hill. This location has gone bad. I've asked for hot sauce and got none. Tonight I ordered the #6 meal they didn't have it. So I ordered the #4..... and this is the slop they serve now. Don't waste your time or money. Oh if you want to know what the photo is of...it's suppose to be a crunch wrap. This one...I dont think I could feed it to my dog... And of course all these reviews (good or bad ) probably never gets looked at by the owners."
