"To be honest their menu confused me and made me not want to try this place. But I'm very glad I did. Place: Their staff was attentive and friendly Their ingredients were fresh The smaller arraignment let's them pay more attention to crafting each dish Its not immediately clear but their menu has a slight Peruvian influence which paired very well Food: We tried everything except the vegetarian options. Some highlights - The ebi (shrimp) is like a cerviche The kanpachi (amberjack?) was my favorite Wagyu had nice thick slices King Crab CA roll... Must have if you love CA rolls Their chirashi bowl was quite good... Would have loved to see a larger option or some of the Peruvian sauce added on the side. Also, of all the "authentic straight from Japan" Wasabi, theirs is probably my favorite Note: If you're a local ask them about their local's special"
