"Went on a Saturday, service was slow but our server was nice."
"This ihop is decent, not the best, but definitely not the worst. However, they do have the worst service. You're not gonna get water or menu for 10 min food for 20min"
"Had an awful experience picking my order up from this location. My order was set to be ready at 12:05pm. When we arrived near 12:40pm, it was still not ready. We asked the front staff if our order was ready and they were rude and condescending in the way they addressed me and the few people waiting. They rudely said “the kitchen is busy” and walked away when I asked for an ETA. There were 7 people in the kitchen and a lot of to-go orders were sitting waiting to be packed. When our food was ready, we were missing items from our order and our food was cold. Not once during our wait did anyone show any kindness or positivity. The way we were treated at this store is very disappointing given the reputation IHOP has of excellent customer service. The fact that not one person on the staff had a positive attitude is reflective of the management and the work environment they’re creating."
"I really appreciate that they have “gluten-friendly” options. The burger was very disappointing- I would rather have in n out any day of the week. I had not been to an IHOP since about 2007. We went for my wife wanting to try her favorite cereal in pancake form. I think for fast food it’s a bit overpriced - I would rather go to a smaller mom and pop for an omelette or pancakes. This location was pretty busy."
