El Torito

"I love El Torito, however, the service at this location is not at all what it should be. When I got here I was seated immediately and they even took my order immediately. I never received any chips and salsa. I had to ask for it after my meal came because no one came by for me to ask sooner. My drink was empty for about 15 minutes and I had to ask for a refill when someone finally came by. As I am typing this, I have waited for 20 minutes to get the check. My food was finished and the plate was pushed away. The server walked by at least 6 times and did not take notice. It is not even that busy. I have been to this particular restaurant three times in the past 2 weeks and service was similar or I would not be making this post. Please pay attention to your guests even if it is just a single guest. We tip well too! BTW...the food was FANTASTIC!!"

"Location: Okay, Service: Good, Parking, Good, Indoor seating: good, outdoor seating: yes, bar: yes, Veterans Day Discount: Yes, Price for food received: Good, Overall: First time try at this location and I was happy to stop here. I went for the Veterans day meal but chose the Taco bar buffet instead. For me, $15.00 all you can eat was pretty darn good. The dishes they had for the buffet were good, the taco station was good, and even the Flan was better than many I have tried. I will go back to try more dishes as It's been a while since I left feeling the meal was worth a good choice. For this El Torito I give 4.5. Stars..."

"Stopped for a quick bite to avoid traffic on a Thursday around 2pm. Clean space. Services was fairly quick. The food was good, we ordered shrimp enchiladas and rolled grilled tacos. I loved the sweet corn cake that came as a small side to the grilled tacos. Thank you for a good experience and would visit again when on the west coast."

"This place is awesome but I will never go back. I will definitely find another one. My server MARIA. Didn't care about me or my family!! I told her we we're waiting for at least 20 mins for her to come around and she started arguing with me in front of my kids. Then after we agreed to disagree. She just gave me and my family the cold shoulder. I had to ask another server for help. Just a bad experience all the way around... I will never go back. Hopefully you get a better experience"
