"Can't make food to order properly. Asked for square cut. Was not square cut. Put garlic sauce in box which leaked in box making pizza taste horrible. Never again. Will stick with Domino's or Little Caesars."
"Very disappointing. I just moved here from Moreno Valley CA. Now with all the problems going on with the stores in Riverside/MoVal I was excited to finally be able to order a Papa John's Pizza again. I used the app, which was great and easy to use. The delivery was lightning fast, too fast as a matter of fact. When I looked at my pizza and cheese sticks I knew right away they were under cooked. When I tasted them, it was definitely confirmed. So everyone understands, my degree is in Hotel and Restaurant management and I, in the past was a store manager for both a corporate and a franchise Pizza Hut. Plus several other fast food establishments before I left the restaurant industry. Anyway, my joy, after several months of not being able to order Papa Johns because of where I lived, quickly turned to disappointment. Now Im not asking for anything free. Just please let whomever the manager is at the Archibald location in Ontario know that while quick delivery is important. A proper bake on the pizza is an even greater priority. I'll give you guys another shot in the future to see if this issue is corrected. Thanks"
"I haven't tried Papa John's Pizza in years. A friend mentioned it in passing, so when I had the opportunity, I went ahead and purchased a voucher for a discounted pizza. I really don't have much to say other than, ordering online, as required, isn't the easiest thing. The pizza was lacking in quantity, (of ingredients), considering it was a Specialty Pizza. Sadly enough, the flavor that stood out was the green pepper. Where's the meats? I do have to say that the gentleman who helped me did the best he could with what he had. I have to thank him for that. The place is for Carryout and Delivery only so no frills here. I did notice, on the pictures I took of the menu, that there are no prices for the pizzas nor the drinks they offer... What's that about?"
"I haven't been to Papa John's in 5 YEARS. This was a great return. Staff was super nice. First we called in to get the specials and ordered 2 large 5 toppings for $23. Got it in 15min carry out. The pizza was excellent!"
