"My blood is boiling just thinking about my recent experience at Del Taco. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I am beyond livid. First off, they managed to screw up my order so badly that I wondered if they were playing some kind of sick joke on me. Instead of the chipotle chicken cheddar rollers I specifically ordered, I received ranch. Are you kidding me? How hard is it to get an order right? But wait, it gets worse. When I dared to point out their monumental mistake, the audacity of the staff was infuriating. They had the nerve to argue with me, insisting that I was the one who got it wrong. Excuse me? Last time I checked, I didn't work at Del Taco, and I definitely know what I ordered. After what felt like an eternity of back-and-forth, they begrudgingly agreed to remake my order. As if that wasn't bad enough, the employee tasked with remaking my food was straight-up hostile. They practically threw my replacement rollers together, all the while muttering under their breath about "difficult customers." Oh, I'm sorry for inconveniencing you by expecting to receive what I paid for! And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they had the nerve to lecture me about checking my food before I eat it. Seriously? How about you check your attitude before you interact with paying customers? I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and I will never set foot in that Del Taco again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers."

"Gave us an incorrect order. So we came back to get it fixed and they were so rude. Said that we “made a mess” of the food. Two items had one bite. Then they tried to gaslight us as say that the food they gave us was what we ordered. We ordered chipotle cheddar rollers and they gave us ranch cheddar rollers. They unwrapped every roller they gave us as said that it was chipotle even though you can see the white cream of the ranch. And chipotle is red! They were super rude and said “fine! Fine! I’ll remake it.” And made a show of throwing things around when making them. Then when we had the correct food, they hurried us off with a “maybe you should check it before you leave next time.” MAYBE YOU SHOULD DO YOUR JOB RIGHT YOU MINIMUM WAGE 40 YEAR OLD."

"Have not been to Del Taco for a long time so decided to grab the two grilled chicken tacos meal with chili fries and a drink. The tacos tasted pretty good, but the fries were cold. I honestly didn’t remember when I was ever served cold fries. They even managed to forget to give me my drink. Maybe this was why I had not been to Del Taco for such a long time."

"Stopped by for a lunch before a flight, my sweet boyfriend is from here and loves DelTaco! Kimberly and Charlie (GM) were very kind and had smiles on their faces our whole visit! The food was great, but their smiling faces and kind demeanor are what prompted me to leave a review! Thank you guys for brightening my day!"

"Worst DT in the state!! Don't try to use your coupons, they are no good at this location, don't try to order and specials they don't honor them at this location, don't expect friendly faces, they are not friendly at this location, if you order French fries don't be surprised if they taste like they were just scraped up off the floor, they probably were, If you order any burrito, make sure to bring a pack of wet wipes because they are extremely selfish with napkins, and everything is drowning in sauce!! Even when you ask for no sauce and extra cheese, don't expect even a bit of cheese and entirely too much sauce to be edible!!!"
