"Managment charged us a 100 dollar room rental fee for a party of 6. Take your business elsewhere. This is a shady dealings establishment. I made a reservation for our softball teams first meet and greet with a woman named Kristi. I called a week in advance told her it was for 30 people. She took my information and reservation details. I asked her to repeat back the details because there seemed to be a language barrier. She did and that was the end of the conversation. To my knowledge everything was squared away Upon arriving my husband and I were told to wait at the front desk for the manager. The manager approaches us and tells us it is a 300 dollar minimum for parties of 20 or more My husband and I are shocked. Not once did Kristi mention this on the phone. If she had I’d of said no thank you. And at this point it’s too late to cancel. We explained to the manager this was not conveyed when I made the reservation. He flat out did not care. He just kept telling us this was their new policy. We then agreed we only needed a table for 10. So they set us up in the room nearest the arcade. 6 girls showed up And when we got the check we still got charged a 100 dollar room rental fee. And a 50 dollar gratuity. Making our bill a whopping 356 dollars. They offered us 1 free beer for being understanding. Even tho this was not the agreement. This could have been an opportunity for ogies to have new business. They’d of probably made more money in the long run if they’d not forced their way. But now I and everyone else that joined our meeting will not be returning. The manager is dishonest and does not know how to run a business. What he does know is how to swindle people out of their money."

"NFL Sunday game day is why we come to Oggi's Mission Viejo regularly. All the NFL games are on. Pizza is tasty. Place is usually pretty busy on Sunday for NFL, but atmosphere is perfect for watching the games. Very lively with NFL fans. Sometimes they are a little short staffed, but watching the games keeps us occupied. Shot out to server Vacent. She is a really hard worker, very enthusiastic and does a great job. Vacent always takes care of our table with dedicated service and adds to our enjoyable return visits. Will be back next Sunday."

"Brand new family oriented restaurant to take the place of the one that closed down a few years back. Same Oggi's menu that they use elsewhere. Service was fantastic. Beer selection is incredible with plenty of Oggi's brews, and fantastic options from other breweries. The interior is gorgeous. GREAT kids menu (along with several small-toy vending machines to keep them busy). Amazing desserts. Five stars! Years later and I'm still coming here at least once per month! I highly recommend their chicken wings. I had mostly just eaten their pizza for the first couple of years (which is INCREDIBLE), but find that I'm enjoying their wings more and more. They have several different flavors available. Their ranch dressing is the best!"

"My husband and I eat here several times per month. In recent weeks it seems the serving staff is very short staffed. We went this past Saturday knowing full well they could possibly be busy. Though the place wasn't packed by any means, there were some large parties and we were just a party of 3 at a single booth. We sat for 10 minutes before our server came for our drink order (and food because we had been there for a bit), we placed both and waited another 15 minutes before our drinks arrived with the ice melted. There seemed to be only one server and one bartender, but why couldn't the bartender bring drinks to the tables when no one was seated at the bar (will sit there next time for faster service)? It took another 35 minutes for our food to come out all together when we had ordered an app as well. It took another 20 minutes before we had to ask for the check away from our table (got tired of waiting and tracked the server down). Long story (already), short, please hire or staff more serving support. Our experience was the worst we've had there and now know to go when it generally won't be busy, but the food is always top notch if you're not in a rush (thankfully we weren't, but there is a VERY high risk som a-holes could hot lunch it). Hoping they don't close with new ownership of the Gateway complex."

"Love this place. The food tastes great, it's consistently good, reasonably priced, pizza crust is great, and we absolutely love the people who own this location. It really feels like a welcoming family place, and the service is always wonderful. Vegetarian options available, the Quinoa Sliders w/Sweet Potato Fries are super filling, and the Veggie Lasagna Roll Up is delicious! Tried some new options, including the Fried Ravioli, Blackened Shrimp Pesto Pizza, and Blackened Shrimp Pesto Pasta. So good!! Lots of screens to watch sports, phone chargers at the tables, too. Looks like they're going to be adding live music occasionally, too. Would definitely recommend."
