"5 stars for service snd 3 stars for food. The servers and service here is awesome. I still remember the first time I came here 3-4 months ago and the hostess was just on top of it as well as the servers and bussers. I had the Big Wave burger a few times and the beef patty didn’t taste fresh to me. Once I could actually taste and smell the blood that it had been sitting in which was a major turn off. My partner also started to feel sick from the deep fried food the first time we were here, which may have meant the deep fryer oil wasn’t good anymore. I tried the Moa Crisp this last time I went and it was decent. Nothing to write home about. If I were to try it again, I would probably ask for some extra condiments to enhance the flavor of the sandwich."

"Sorry, I love Islands, but Saturday late afternoon wasn't a great time. After a long wait time (trust me i know it is Saturday), 8 women were first put in the back in their booth that is kind of round. I got a chair and sat in that... when the waitress came, she too noticed that it was not a comfortable place. So she moved us to the empty area of tables, and that worked. Don't get me wrong, our waitress was a good one, but it got worse from there. Once we order dinner we waited for our dinner. And once it started coming out it was piece meals. What I mean is, one or two at a time, then 7 minutes later one or 2...I was 2nd to last and my younger sister came at 8 minutes after mine. She had to return it as who ever made it, did it wrong, it was soupy...so she ended up ordering tacos instead. Which took more time. I know this can happen, especially if you are short staffed..but it was pretty sad.. and I know I won't go to this Islands again.. Sorry but not a great night out at the Islands"

"Whether you're in the mood for a mid-day pick me up, happy hour with friends, or dinner and dessert with family, Islands is a great choice for burgers, shakes, and drinks. Lately, I can't get enough of the island fries, which seem to be made just for people who want a good, natural, seasoned, and crispy french fry. The burgers, of course, are just as delectable with many to choose from. The hosts have been friendly every time, as have been the wait staff, with no complaints about the food or the drinks. The bathrooms are so clean! Oh, that's exactly what we need when we want a nice meal out and about. All in all, a solid five stars, perfect for when I'm wanting something a little heavier and satisfying."

"It all started with the hostess wiping down my lunch table right in front of me without me asking. He did it was such passion. Restaurant is clean. Bathrooms are clean. This is a deal breaker for me and I appreciate clean bathrooms. Brittany was my waitress and she was such a sweetheart. I actually meet a new friend in her and because of her service I will go back again/again. thank-you! for creating my lunch experience so wonderful. I have had to wash my blouse 3 times as I got sauce all over it which is so hilarious. I ordered the pineapple hamburger and it’s a must when you visit this location. the employees @ Islands have always been so remarkable and when you see customer service like that not only do you go back but you highly recommended to everyone you know."
