The woman there, who I'm assuming was the owner, seems to treat those around her as though they are "beneath" her. I watched her yell at the top of her lungs at one of the people next door simply for doing their job!! I could not believe it. On top of that, their attitude carried over into their workplace where they would not even give me the time of day when I walked in. I will absolutely NOT be recommending this shop to anyone else. PLEASE learn to treat others with compassion. As a Santa Barbara native, I am truly disappointed."
