"Cashier has got to be the most unfriendly and unhelpful person they could find. Never been to this place, asked a few simple questions, this lady acted as if it was such a huge inconvenience. I was completely polite and friendly but she was just incredibly rude about it all. So then the order is 20 bucks, no drink might I add. It’s one of the places where the screen asks if you want to leave a tip. You know I did not give a single extra penny. I get the food and it’s fine, nothing out of the ordinary. But overpriced, ridiculous wait time(20 min) , and rude? Don’t waste your time or money here. Better wings at wingstop"

"I don’t want to write down a critical review. But this review make change the business… As a Korean. I know KBBQ Chicken taste. I ordered Secret Sauce Chicken. This is my 3rd time on here but still taste didn’t getting better. I tried this Franchise on BREA. Brea KBBQ was great. Business owner must check the recipe of sauce or cooking style. I usually do not do critical reviews. But I know you guys can be better than this100%. Hopefully when I tried next time, it’s better than today. Don’t be feel bad. Just recheck the recipe."

"Takeout Korean fried chicken spot with family packages. Came here on a Saturday evening and ordered takeout at the counter. They do have an online ordering option if you want to save some time. It took about 25 minutes for the food to be prepared, but we just went to TJ Maxx for some shopping while we waited. We got the spicy as well as original option - the chicken stayed crispy even after the car ride home and I liked the flavor. The fries were $5.99 and nothing special. They gave us a free thing of radish on the side. Credit cards accepted. Parking is available in the lot. There’s no indoor seating but there are a couple of outdoor seating tables. The employees were nice. Overall, the chicken was on the pricier end but I think the quality is worth it."
