"I do not understand why you cannot see a menu in the drive-through. I have not been to youestablishment for a while. I didn’t know what I was going to get. The gentleman asked me what I wanted and I told him I didn’t know where is the menu? He looked at me like I was crazy. it was like I put him out to walk 10 feet to go get me a menu. There was a line behind me so I looked at it very briefly. Once I drove up a little farther, the big menu boards were up and I was able to look at those. I had already paid for my food. But I just want you to know that you lost about $43 more in sales because there were things on there that I saw that I would’ve liked to have tried. And just to be petty it’s March 6 and you still have Christmas lights up and your windows are still painted for Christmas. Bah humbug."

"The food and the sonjoy half Lemonade and half Iced tea drink are the best. The service of the people at this Chick-Fil-A location is very nice. The atmosphere is very nice too."

"We stopped here while in town for Disneyland. After a rainy day, we enjoyed a nice hot meal. Everything was fresh and tasted great. My family and I consider ourselves Chick-fil-A connoisseurs, and the food here was noticeably top quality. The service was exceptional, as all of the staff was attentive to our order and our needs. On our way out, one of the ladies stopped my two young children and asked them how they enjoyed their visit and gifted them with CFA cows. We look forward to visiting here again whenever we are in the area. To the store owner: you and your staff are doing a wonderful job!"

"I dropped by this Chick-fil-A last summer in 2022 and recently revisited, and both experiences were outstanding. The staff here sets a remarkable standard for customer service. Lauren, who I had the pleasure of interacting with last summer, was exceptional. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth made the visit memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Edalith, who assisted me during my recent visit, was equally impressive. Her efficiency and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. It’s evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customer’s satisfaction. I’ve been to various Chick-fil-A locations, but the team at 202 S Main St, Orange, CA truly stands out. Their dedication to providing exceptional service is commendable. Keep up the fantastic work!"

"I am. visiting the area from Florida. I came in to order breakfast, and Lorena at the register just stood there without greeting or saying that she was ready to take our order. I needed to say good morning a couple of times to get her to even acknowledge me. When I was trying to scan my reward card and it was not working, instead of helping she just stood there without saying anything. That’s just not the kind of service I would expect from a Chick-fil-A. Every other employee I interacted with was instead extremely helpful and very nice, so I guess it was a one-off exception."
