Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"Been going to this Red Robin for a very long time. It's had its ups and downs but for the most part the food is always been pretty good. I tried their new St Louis style ribs and they turned out to be pretty good. The ribs were very meaty and had pretty good flavor. The service was good but it took a while to get refills and the check. All in all a good experience."

"Came in on 2/17 and the service was great! Liz was our server and she was kind as well as accommodating. We were a group of 3 adults with 5 rowdy small children and she took good care of us. She had fries at the table and was very attentive even though she was busy. Great service overall. Thank you!"

"Spouse ordered bacon cheese burger well-done, no pink, and this is what was made for her. Spoke with the manager, who is just as clueless as the cook is on how to make a well-done patty - no pink. He stated that "others would consider that meat "well done. " Like I said, clueless and adding ignorant. Waitresse was very kind and suggested another burger but didn't trust either the manager or the cook at that point. They look the type that would spit in your food. "Restaurant " is looking more and more rundown the past few times we did eat here. I do give people second chances, but this is the third time this location has failed. We will not be returning."

"Great food for a great price. This is definitely a family restaurant. Super kid friendly. This location can get busy but you can call in and put your name in if needed. Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended I'm you have kids or just want a quick and affordable meal."
