Mellow Coffee

"The matcha latte with oatmilk is very bad and do not taste any matcha and oatmilk at all. I asked the barista to fix it and told him how it taste but declined my request and he said it was already sent out. This is very poor customer service. In any cafe, they will always fix any issues. It seems this business is not really doing a real business. They do not know to take feedback and apologize. *The baritsa is on the image attached here."

"Mellow Coffee is a nice neighborhood spot with a unique spin on the interior. It gets 5 stars for not charging extra for vegan milk and having a basic but good assortment of beverages (such as matcha). The prices for the beverages are quite high so it’s more of a sporadic stopover (unless your budget allows for a higher frequency). The shop also sells plants and a variety of packaged foods (some vegan options) and locally made knickknacks."

"If you’re in area looking to browse for a new plant or other goodies while sipping your coffee then check out this place. I had an out of town guest so we were checking out the stores on Upper Haight. She needed an extra pick me up. They sometimes add dried flowers on top of the latte."
