"The drive-thru staff asked how much sauce I wanted. I said two—simple dialogue. I'm just answering the staff’s question. When I get to my office, there is no sauce. Go figure! I guess even raising the minimum wage will not get the staff motivated."

"the drive through is verrrryyyy slow. no one came to the window to help for 5+ minutes, and the total drive through experience took 25 minutes! I would have just left, but I was stuck with cars on both sides."

"I have been going to this location for ten years and they used to be the best Del Taco around. In the last six months the service and food have gone downhill. Whenever dining-in the staff is very unattentive and it takes forever to get anyones attention, order and get your food. Multiple times lately we have had food that was seriously lacking quantity. Bean and cheese burritos with a half teaspoon of cheese, tacos with just a couple of shreds of lettuce and a bit of cheese. Hardly any chili on chili cheese fries when I paid for extra. Chicken quesadilla with just a couple of chunks of chicken, etc etc."

"I don't know if I should call this false advertising 4-5 tiny prices of chicken. I get inflation but this is ridiculous."

"Food was fine, but getting service with an empty dining room was a bit slow. Watched people that offered food after we did get their food before us. After going to to stand near counter, watched shift manager start to get our items together after seeing me and recognizing me. I get drive through can take priority but other dine-in guests should not have received their order first. Overall, not a bad a bad experience, but see a chance to train priority of orders."
