"I would like to file a complaint regarding the discrepancy in the sizes of the Large Dippin Dots I purchased at Chuck E. Cheese. I paid $7 for a large size, expecting consistency in portion size. However, upon receiving the order, the difference in quantity was noticeable. When I inquired about this discrepancy, the service staff mentioned that some employees did not adhere to the standard serving size. However, before making the purchase, it was clearly stated that the small size is half a cup and the large size is a full cup. My question is, why weren't two different cup sizes used? Therefore, I would like to request one serving with half a cup for one child and a full cup for the other child, as originally advertised. I've never experienced such terrible service here before."

"My grandsons (4 and 3), had a ball. It was my first time taking them there. They've gone with their parents in the past. The food was pretty good. I'm giving 4 stars because it was expensive: game card for 2 boys @ $34 each/hour; trampoline was separate charge ($10.00 each), plus cost of food. Sticker shock, for sure. However it is a wonderful place for the children."

"Guys - this isn’t your 1980s horror show Chuck E Cheese. Clean carpets, new FUNCTIONING games, tasty pizza (with a super salty buttery garlicky crust, yummo!), updated music, and helpful service. The staff seemed to be enjoying their jobs and were super engaging with the kids. I appreciate the removal of the animatronics and replacement with muppety like puppets starring in music videos - but they still have Chuckie!! To be honest, we came as adults with no kids to a kids party - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you want to hang out in a fun safe atmosphere, have a beer, play games (with kids you know), and still get that “I want to dance and cut loose but don’t want to get dressed up or try in public” kind of feel then this might be your best bet. My husband’s only complaint was that one of the guns on the Transformers game was out of service, and none of the kids know who Peter Cullen is. Fair trade off for a super fun party that you don’t have to run or clean. They even put in security protocols so you don’t bring home the wrong kids, or not the right amount. Lots of great upgrades to keep us 80s kids coming back."

"Went here for my kids classmates birthday party and this is the first time I’ve stepped into a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid (25+ years). They no longer have the creepy animatronic animals on a stage or a ball pit(germ pit) but other than that everything else seemed very familiar. They use digital cards now instead of tokens(I’ll miss wearing the coin holster) but it does make things pretty simple. The pizza was actually really good and the service was great. As they have always done they put unique stamps codes on each family’s hand when you walk in to make sure your kids can’t walk out with someone other than your family so it was nice knowing that they were safe even when I wasn’t watching them. Will definitely return especially in the summer months as it’s a good place to stay cool while your kids have a blast."

"Took my 1 year old here for a lunch date and we had a blast. We didn’t even play any games but we’re able to walk around and look at all the lights and characters after eating salad bar and pizza. The customer service was excellent and they made it a great experience for us. Thank you for helping us celebrate and making it an enjoyable afternoon we’ll remember."
