Tacos Cancun

"I walked in and I was surprised to see how cheap all the food was (California standards) and I ordered the onion rings and the everyday special (Burger + Fries + Drink for 10.50) and they were pretty good. The food wasn’t master chef food but it was very comforting and fills you up for less, and there are plenty of items on the menu to choose from so a burger and fries were just a taste of what’s to come. The service was great, the owner was super nice and the chefs were wholesome and cool. The restaurant is small but the atmosphere screamed artistic so size didn’t really matter. This restaurant is located near the beach so I understand that its main intention was to give beach people more food for less and I like that. So if you want something to fill you up for less, come eat here!"

"The woman owner who helped us was very nice and welcoming. Attentive and gave suggestions. Let us know about drinks available at Cabo Cantina. We ordered a few items and they were good. Shrimp taco was fresh and shrimp flavor was not overpowered by the toppings such as the chipotle sauce. The asada tacos had a good serving of meat, the tortillas so soft they fell apart in your mouth. The meat was so fresh and tasty that a little splash of lemon highlighted the flavor and no salsa was needed. The guacamole was chunky and fresh, we didn’t feel cheated (aka we are Mexican)! Ambiance was good, not too crowded, and pleasant music in the background (not too loud). Well thought out and well executed beach front restaurant. Bravo! Conclusion: Would recommend!! Will come again next time we are in town."

"Buenísimo!!! (Great service, vibe, and great tacos!) Tina (the owner) is wonderful, the place has a great artistic feel (limited indoor seating but not really an issue with great weather year round). Service was great, prices were appropriate and flavor very authentic while still having some fun twists for some menu choices. The grilled fish taco was especially good! If you’re looking for an authentic taco, great vibes and fair prices, definitely come check this place out and support a local business!"
