"Maybe I should have just gone thru the drive thru; instead I Park in stall #24 placed my order: mini chocolate chuck brownie sonic blast, chili cheese tatters tots & quarter pounder w/cheese 2:57pm $12.14.. watched a handful cars, place their order at the box drive up pay collect their food and drive off.- At 3:11pm, I hit the red button and asked if I should go inside. “No we will bring it to you” 3 more cars order pick up and leave.. I finally got the food 3:15 PM handed her $15 in cash told her keep change got no receipt and the food clearly was sitting on the countertop for the past 10 minutes. This is a sad trip. This was a sad trip, the food was poorly prepared there’s like 20 pickles on it. the ice cream wasn’t even like mixed up. It was chocolate on top, sad trip I mean I ate it all so that happens but will I come back probably never"

"The food is decent, pretty good for the price. The app doesn’t work right now, and when I asked if they could honor the 1/2 off for the drinks if I ordered at the window, they would not. Kind of disappointing since I come here more often than I’d like to admit to my nutritionist."

"Everything I ordered was old and stale. When I let the server know she just stared at me with a blank stare and walked away. Their outdoor eating area smells like piss and tables aren't wiped down. I reached out to the corporate over today's experience. Never again coming here"

"Came up to the window and ordered for 5 people. All 5 burgers were wrong and cold the first time. The second time our burgers were wrong and warm. I ordered a double bacon burger that had bacon the first time around and didn’t the second time around. My mom specifically ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo. The sandwich came out without cheese or mayo but pickles. The drinks were perfect and great. Benji helped us “fix” our order and Elizabeth took our order. Beth was very nice and helpful. Benji…not so much but his attitude was great. Great kids working here but not very bright cook. We decided to just eat the wrong burgers since each time it took 30 mins for our food to come out. The drive thru was empty and so were the tablets. We were the only ones there so there is no excuse for the state of our food. We will not be eating at another Sonic since we’ve had this issue at a different location more than once."
