"This was not a pleasant place. Ordered what I always order they didn’t give me my chips nor my drink. I asked for creamy cilantro the girl said it’s 47¢ for it, what the hell Pollo Loco. They are free oh wait it’s California duh."

"Terrible customer service. We stood in line for over 10 minutes and no one helped us. They were super busy taking care of all the drive thru orders (with 3 people taking these orders and 5 on food prep, including the manager), but not one person dedicated to the in-store counter. Mind you, there were only two parties in line waiting (three people total). When we asked one of the girls grabbing salsas if anyone could help us, she said “we have a lot of orders” and turned around. We then waited a few more minutes and asked the manager when he passed by the front counter. His answer was the same - “ok, but we have a lot of orders“, then points to the screen and turns around. we walked out. *I can’t comment on the food. Never had a chance to taste it. But I’m sure their terrible service & attitude makes the food terrible, too."

"Went thru drive thru. I asked for a salad & only mashed potatoes with gravy. I get home, no salad & no mashed potatoes with gravy. How hard is an 8 pieces meal. Nothing special in the order. Doesn't someone check the orders? Will not be going back. Check your order before you leave"

"Chicken was great!! But service really sucked people after me got their order along with drive thru way before me! At least 5 people!! But chicken had very good flavor!! Beans/ ease! And rice was good!! But still everyone else was served before my order and I ordered the big meal.. but I was there before everyone else!!!"

"Receipt Name: Alicia. I came in here on my lunch in high spirit. This worker attitude was very sour. She treated all the Hispanics and Whites with respect, but while I was ordering, she had her nose turned up with a frown, but made sure she smiled, and laughed with all the other customers. Then I asked her for the code to the bathroom, she had a attitude about that. She should learn to treat everyone equally, if not she deserve to work in the back. Not mention she had a gross booger hanging out of her nose. Tasting my food, my rice is hard...won't be back"
