"How can you have a store. Women's clothing store where you cannot try anything on?!?!! This use to be American eagle. They have fitting rooms. They just don't use them. I asked to try on some dresses and they said their boss decided to close them down. So they have them there for decoration I guess. It would be one thing if they didn't have dressing rooms and would still give money back if it didn't fit at home but to only offer store credit or exchange is ridiculous!!! It's too bad because they actually had really nice things that if they fit I would have bought a couple dresses but instead I am taking my business elsewhere. So beware. It draws you in with beautiful clothes that you cannot even try on. At that point just purchase online. Same deal except you can return for money back."

"The staff working there is nice and the policies in the store are made by the store owner not the staff so keep that in mind when you’re in there. Please don’t be upset with the staff. I feel bad for them and how much they probably deal with due to the ridiculous policies the store owner has. If you don’t care about the following things then this store is not bad. 1. There is NO fitting rooms in the entire store, you can only try clothes on, on top of your clothes. And if that wasn’t bad enough, listen to their exchange return policy…. 2. You can ONLY GET STORE credit with the original receipt. A picture of the receipt won’t do so make sure you don’t lose the receipt and make sure you don’t take the tags off! Oh but also don’t forget, you won’t be able to get a refund, only store credit to use on more stuff that you can’t try on. If you’re the type who doesn’t care about that kinda stuff then they have decent prices and a good selection of colorful items. There is a super cute boutique next door to them by city hats, they have fitting rooms and beautiful items and you can still support a small business or you can go to Marshalls / h&m down the street :)"
