"This is the cutest boutique! I visited from Canada recently and was so happy to find this hidden gem! I was able to grab a few items at an affordable price. The sales associate was really friendly and helpful in suggesting a great place for lunch. Would definitely come back if in the area again!"

"Very sad to say …. Yesterday I went into the shop around 1pm. The two shop girls were both waiting on one person who was paying. I picked a shirt off the rack had to go over had to if I could try it on. Other than that there was NO interaction with me. As soon as the person left after paying both girls were chatting and on phones. I asked to speak to the owner but she’s not in town and they asked if they could help. I told them that I was never acknowledged (not even a hello, not even a follow up on the item I tried on, not even I’ll be with you soon). I told them they were very rude and left. A follow up to the owner’s response. I never raised my voice and was never offered anything free."

"I’ve shopped at Sirena many times and it’s always been a great experience! The retail associates are always super friendly and they have the cutest clothes. It’s unfortunate that a privileged white woman (@Andy Carnaghe) would take the time to showcase her entitlement and leave a bad review (love that she deleted the part about being part of the “demographic with money” that the retail associates should be catering to). Support small businesses, especially ones that are run by hard-working women. Sirena is by far one of the best places to shop in Santa Barbara!"
