"Bad experience. Not once. But three times! First time - burnt fried rice. Disgusting. Right into the trash. Second time - paltry portions. It was like they were being ultra cheap...we were disappointed. This isn't cheap food!! Why skimp when it's 27$ for two people? Third time, incorrect order, wrong side given. And on top of that an allergy danger. If I would have eaten what they gave me I would have been sickened. After 3 messages to their corporate email, even their corporate office simply gave up communication, and to this day have received no final reply. All they did was send a form letter response and a credit for one meal. Keep your paltry gift ESPECIALLY if you're ignoring the real issue at hand. We will never order from this store again How poorly managed and trained your staff is. What a black eye this location is. And to top it all off, the corporate response, as described, was absolutely jaded and unacceptable. never, ever again. Pretty much everything that could be messed up will be. We gave them 3 chances. One barely deserved star."
