"The complaint I have is that I spent $35 for Meal and small portions in styrofoam instead of actual plates. I called 2 times and was put on hold both time and the girl taking my order seemed confused. Customer service keeps you coming back. People will remember bad service and tell others!"
"Wonderful experience alert! This is my new favorite spots when in visiting LBC. The ladies are nice, and extremely polite. I ordered veggie plate, collard greens, dressing and yams, and potatoe salad as a side, its was a over whipped but super tasty. Its about the flavor. Great job! Will definitely be back! #TEAMSMILEY"
"Diamond in the ruff! Brought my mom here & we really enjoyed our meals & desserts. Small restaurant in a small, unassuming shopping center. You have to order before you sit but there isn’t an abundance of seating. Most ppl ordered to go so there was plenty of seating while we were there. They brought the food & drinks to our tables & I would totally recommend. I’ll be back. The meat was jumping off of the bones!"
"My boyfriend and I have wanted to try this place for at least a year and we finally got around to it. There was a decent amount of seating inside and parking is sufficient enough for a Friday night. Service was decent too. I ordered the BBQ Chicken with rice and gravy, yams, baked beans, and potato salad. My boyfriend had the Hungry Man combo (smothered oxtails and smothered ribs) with rice and gravy, mac and cheese, and cornbread stuffing. Everything we ordered was pretty good, particularly the cornbread dressing (probably some of the best I've had). I could do without the rice and gravy and there were a couple items like the mac and cheese, beans, and yams that I've had better elsewhere. My boyfriend thought the oxtails and ribs were really good. All in all, it was a good place but just a bit pricey in comparison to other Soul Food places I've been to. I would come back though if I'm craving Soul Food."
