"They've re-done this location and while the building is the same size the dining area has somehow gotten smaller. The last few times I've gone in, it's more like a social gathering for the employees. They never really acknowledge you. Employees continue there conversations and step behind the register while still facing the person they are talking to then look at you like why aren't you ordering. I've always said McDonald's has the best French Frys in the entire universe but this location can't seem to get it right. From one extreme to the next, either undercooked or really overcooked. The burgers are thrown together to the point when you unwrap it, things slide out of the bun. While the new dining room is nice and looks better than it did before, it's somehow gotten smaller as I said before and could use a good cleaning once in a while. Everything from napkins on the floor to spilled drinks on and around the soda machine and the sticky tables from not being cleaned very often."
"The staff was really nice. My order took a little bit longer than expected because the iced tea was being made fresh."
"I made an online order to pick up at the restaurant. Order took over 15 minutes and the in restaurant orders were not being fulfilled. Finally we ask about our order and it's handed to us, luckily I decided to check the bags because I was missing 2 burgers. The young man at the register was amazing though. I didn't get his name but he was just so friendly and helpful, I think he is the only reason I didn't get upset."
"Great customer service at this location. All the staff isvery pleasant, walking around and asking people if they need refills, napkins or anything. This is awesome. My order was right on, food was quick and fast. Highly recommend this location. Keep up with the great services McDonald's, there are people like me who loves what your doing.
