"I tried the 2 for $4 chicken quesadilla taco. To me the shells are chewy. Maybe I'm just stuck on hard shells. Didn't taste bad tho. Ranch roll ups are good."

"Absolutely rude and awful customer service especially with this store's manager. Twice got my order wrong and the manager even giving a sarcastic remark. Another customer wasn't allowed service so when I offered to purchase them their food the manager denied me. I'd 100% recommend going to another DelTaco and for the higher-ups to talk to this manager's disrespectful attitude."

"The Del Taco near my place is a regular stop for me, and I visit it multiple times a week. It's a decent spot with a menu I quite like. They get my order right about 90% of the time, which is pretty good, but that remaining 10% can be a bit hit or miss, sometimes resulting in burnt or undercooked food. I get it, though – nobody's perfect, and errors can happen. When it comes to cleanliness, I haven't actually seen them clean the lobby, but it usually looks fairly clean when I'm there. The staff are usually on top of things and attentive to customers, which is a plus. However, I've noticed that the wait times for food can be a bit longer compared to some other fast food joints. But, hey, I'm not the one in the kitchen, so I can't say if that's the norm for Del Taco or not. If you do swing by, I'd recommend trying the caramel cheesecake bites and their shakes – those are real winners."
