Fantastic Burgers

"The customer service was terrible. I was disrespected and overcharge. The food is delicious. I would’ve given a five star, but I’m from Las Vegas and I asked the Hispanic lady what was the most popular item at this place and she couldn’t even answer it she goes to tell me that avocado bacon cheeseburger is the most popular so I order it. I’m going to the parking lot to eat my food and there’s no avocado and no bacon and I don’t know if I need to say this in Spanish English and she thought this was trigonometry. I may be a quiz or test she never passed in high school, but please get to it. This is how you guys ruin stuff and have people not want wanting to come back to your business And she doesn’t wanna work she shouldn’t be working there. She’s taking advantage of the company think she could do what she want. Asked her common sense question if she couldn’t fulfill the order therefore she needs to be at home unemployed shut the whole place down get new employees do something right Then when I complain, she act like it was my fault. I’ll give them a one star don’t even waste your time cause they’re not gonna get your order, right"

"They have aloy of things on the menu. We've had the burger several times and it's good for a basic burger standard. The price is appropriate. The staff seems to have an attitude when you have menus questions so come knowing what you want. They DO NOT split payment so you will have to do a joint order or split your car."

"Very clean store and kind staff. But I didn't like food very much. I had a double burger. But I'm tired of it while eating. Maybe the balance of patty and veg is not good for me, too much meat. So maybe I like just a burger or hamburger or avocado burger. Next time I will try them."

"Always liked this place. I have very fond memories here, but now coming here is infuriating. The food is Ok, but it doesnt justify the terrible customer service. Bad service once or twice doesnt upset me, but its been the same years. The few times we did complain it fell on deaf ears. I ask to substitute my side of fries to chili cheese fries and it look like a sloppy slap of fried beans with no meat and cheese."
