"I've been coming here for years, a nice no-frills greasy spoon. A few days ago I got my usual, the chili cheese fries, and ended up with the worst food poisoning of my life. Absolutely awful. I called the restaurant to let them know and the manager was SO RUDE. He said "nobody else called", and I said "ok well I'm just letting you know". Then he just says "bye" and hangs up on me. Bro. What an inhumane response. Showed no concern at all. What do you think, I'm trying to sabotage you? Foolishness. Unfortunately I probably won't go there again, because I don't want to relive that horror."

"Cashier there was really rude, the food was TASTELESS, and over priced, we asked for melted cheese on the fries and got cold shredded cheese, aslo the soda tasted like bleach, first time there and the last."

"WORST steak egg and cheese I've ever had in my life. I pulled up around 8:30pm with my homeboy and boyfriend and were treated so poorly at the window. Not only was their customer service trash, two orders were done completely wrong. I am a huge foodie and can tell when love and care go into even the simplest of dishes, and granted, maybe it was an off day for everyone, but that never excuses terrible customer service and overall food quality. The attitude at the window was lame and not warranted, especially when asking what comes in each sandwich. I heard their burgers were good, but too bad I won't be returning."

"Pete's Burgers is one of my favorite places to eat, when I'm in the area. I've brought other friends here multiple times. Primarily, the food here nearly never disappoints. Once, one of my friends and I split an order of chili fries, and it was too spicy for us. That's been the only food item that I was disappointed with, that I've had. Otherwise, I've been very satisfied, and continue to return. The burgers and the fried chicken are my favorites."
