"We went for a belated Valentine's Day meal for lunch. My husband got the Mongolian beef with lo mein lunch. It was tender and flavorful. I got the honey shrimp, but they accidentally brought me honey chicken. They replaced it with the shrimp, but my husband was almost done with his meal. We had the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. Everything was delicious. I gave 4 stars on service because of the mix up. Otherwise, we were happy with our food. It's a beautiful location to spend the day in the area."

"My family and I have been going to P.F. Chang’s for over a decade and have always enjoyed the food and the quality of service anywhere whether here and/or nationwide but yesterday left a bitter taste in my mouth and I doubt that we’ll ever return to this location again. After being seated by the hostess; we waited a good 30 minutes before someone acknowledged that we’re there and waiting to be served. I can understand waiting awhile if the restaurant was packed but there’s hardly any customers, there were a total of 3 customers when we were there plus us 4 then a couple came afterwards. We were about to leave the restaurant when the server finally came to take our order. The hot and sour soup tasted good. The texture was perfect. The amount served was on point. The shrimp fried rice was alright. It wasn’t the best fried rice but will do. The beef broccoli was bad. There weren’t any sauce at all. It looked they just warmed up some left over beef and poured the overly steamed broccoli. The shrimp with lobster sauce didn’t taste any of the shrimp with lobster sauce that I usually have."

"PF Chang is one of my favorite restaurants, however, last night was a big disappointment, ordered the pad Thai with chicken and literally could not wat it as it tasted like there was dirt or something gritty in it, had a few bites and kept getting that gritty taste. Samantha asked how everything was, and I shared with her my experience . She commented that others have said the same thing, and she believes it is the peanuts they use. My thought was, why didn't you put that disclaimer out there in the beginning, and why aren't you using a different brand of peanuts. She then asked if I wanted to take it with me and I said no, she didn't offer to compensate for some of the meal I didn't eat. I should have asked for a manager, but I didn't so shame on me. My husband enjoyed his meal. My hot and sour soup was good. Don't get the Pad Thai unless you enjoy gritty tasting food."
