"This used to be one of my favorite places. The quality and flavor is no longer there. The turkey burger was disgusting! It's a soggy mess with wayyyy too much mayonnaise and flavorless ans came with dried up fries. Go to Watts Burger on 102nd and Central for a great turkey burger. Yea, I said it...."

"The food is actually good (sometimes) when you get it. It’ll take an hour for a burger and fries. The service is terrible, and I’m being kind. They (the kitchen) are more into talking smack than talking to customers. They take online orders and act surprised when people show up to get their food. They pick up the phone when they feel like it. Whoever running the place can’t run a kitchen, and there is small man in the back talking trash loudly, using foul language and ain’t doing $#!t (poor grammar intended). If you have time to kill and money to waste, this is your spot. 50-50 if you get a good meal. If you do, buy a lottery ticket, if you don’t, what do you expect when you get food from this chaotic kitchen. If they had a solid manager who can run a kitchen, this place would be amazing. Until then, I’m done with the circus act."

"TERRIBLE customer service! Good food but I refuse to go anymore because of the terrible customer service and today was the last straw. -You walk in to place an order and wait for the staff to finish their personal conversation before they assist you. -You call in to place an order. If you’re lucky enough to get someone on the phone they have an attitude, over talk you, and rush you. As if you’re bothering them. -Takes FOREVER to get your food. TBH I kept going back because it’s black owned but I’ve given them too many chances. I’ll take money to a business that wants it. They clearly could care less."

"Use to go there but stop because the cashier lady had a very bad attitude. Tried going back from not being there in years to see if things has changed well I didn’t see the lady but the ghettoness that was taking place in there made me walk out. You had about five guys in the back laughing and playing I went from window to window n even said hello they continue to play and laugh. One guy was even cursing up a Strom asking the young-man for his money. Well they will never see me again in that establishment and they wonder why ppl don’t support black business well here’s your reason. This place is a hot mess all they do is smoke weed and play behind that window that have a lot of signs hanging. I hope that u guys don’t waste ur money at this place."
