"There was no positive atmosphere at all. The staff displayed a cold and unfriendly attitude. I regret choosing this place."
"I had the oxtail and jerk chicken plate that came with cabbage, beans and rice, and plantains. The meats were so flavorful, the cabbage lacked flavor but is healthy, and the beans and rice were decent. I would recommend you to try if you haven't. Pretty good overall."
"The lady who took my order had a terrible attitude. She was impatient and when I was giving her my order she kept cutting me off. I sent my burger back 2 and was like forget it."

"Carl's Jr. is sinking. Over the years the quality of their food has regressed. And this Carl's Jr franchise is terrible. Despite being across the street from the LA Memorial Collesium, this is maybe one of their worst franchises. My recommendation is that you avoid this restaurant. Rude manager and his staff follows suit. Inconsistent food preparation. They bristle at any criticism. And they won't refund you for overcharges or for their mistakes. Over my 20+ years experience with them, the manager is a master of the run around. My advice; Stay away! There are a lot of better options for good food in the area without the hassle. The dining area has been closed pre-pandemic. They claim that it will be open again in January 2023. Don't hold your breath."
