"The staff members are all busy in the kitchen, so you’ll be waiting for a long time to pick up your food. It would be nice to have at least one person attend to the food pick-up people! They made our burrito wrong, so we had to wait 10 mins to get it fixed. Otherwise, it’s like any other Taco Bell."
"I gave 3 stars on atmosphere, because we had a drive through order. Food was better this time, the last time we ordered, our bean burrito was a sad paste of a bean something. It didn’t taste like beans, it look like it was just a layer of bean paste, and called it a burrito."
"The food is great as always, however two stars for the customer service. None of the workers have a name tag, however the cashier that helped us had a bad attitude, no welcoming. The receipt demonstrates a complete different name and once she finished with our order she went to the kitchen to gossip with the cooks leaving other customers to wait."
