Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"So I never eat Popeye's and after this visit I remember why. I originally ordered online from another location and when I arrived they said they didn't see any online orders from me. Then I showed my email confirmation, and then magically...... they saw it. But...they only had spicy chicken. I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for them to make some more. I declined, canceled my online order for a refund and went to another Popeyes. When I got to the other Popeyes I was able to place my order. This time I wanted to add some tenders but the cashier said they were out. So ok no big deal. I thought I saw some tenders on the heat rack but, since I was told they were out I thought nothing of it. Then I watch her put chicken in a box and yell out 6pc tenders. I was confused. So I asked, "I thought you were out of tenders". she tells me, "Well, if you order it online we have to make it". WHAT!!!! . And this is exactly why I don't go to Popeyes. Not to mention when I got home the wings I ordered were ghost pepper chicken wings. So when I called to complain, I was offered $20 off the next purchase. No thank you, I just learned an expensive $50 lesson on why I dont and should not go to Popeyes again."

"I buy from here quite often. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's REALLY BAD. And I'm not talking about food. Food is 5/5, but service and restaurant is terrible. One day they tell me they're out of sandwich buns, other day out of sandwich chicken patty, another day they have no cheese... I ask for spicy they give regular sandwich, I ask no pickles yo find out they put pickles in there... this location is a joke"

"I ordered the surf&turf and got 5 tiny shrimp and 2 small under cooked chicken strips also a fly in my warm lemonade. I was not rude or direspectful and even politely asked for another lemonade. I have been to this location before and ordered the same thing and was given better food. I guess it not the food it's the staff?or machine? Or both? Or is it a new company policy to uncook and cut portions? Who really knows but those who were there and the cameras."
