"Beware of this company!!! One of their drivers hit my car while trying to merge into my lane and clearly did not look before doing so. We pulled over, exchanged information, driver admit to fault, we left the scene. I report the incident, low and behold, the driver is now stating I was at fault. It was my mistake for not recording their driver admitting fault during our info exchange. I would not trust their employees nor company for any type of business."

"Been doing business with them for the past 10 years but they keep getting worse, not good customer service anymore and prices are almost same as a new battery, the battery i got from them recently was bad after a month and their warranty is not going to cover replacement ,which Costco, Walmart, and autozone does, they say only they can charge it for me and if its bad cant do anything else, even offered them extra money to exchange, will not do business with them anymore."

"they try to sell you just any kind of battery that is not even the group that is supposed to be in your vehicle be careful people. I ended up going to buy new instead bc at their prices it doesn't make any sense to buy used or refurbished if it's going to last less then a year."
