"Everyone working here should be gone. They keep getting my order wrong when I order at Residence Inn. Tonight, they forgot my lemonade, salad, forks - I WILL BE SUING THIS PLACE AND UBER EATS. No joke. See you in Court."
"I stumbled upon Sizzler one night after work when I needed a good meal without breaking the bank. The restaurant was very clean inside and the service was quick and accommodating. I had the ribeye, a little fatty but tons of flavor I would say. The sides were good too, I recommend the cheesy broccoli! It’s not a Charlie Palmer or BOA steakhouse but it came through in the clutch when I just wanted a steak without all the fluff. Oh the sautéd mushrooms and onions were a really good add on."
"Delicious food just as I remember! The service could have been a little more attentive, but they did seem a little short so it's understandable. Overall an enjoyable dinner and evening."
"The problem with Sizzler, and these large corporate restaurants, they use a lot of processed food, GMO, big commercial farmed food. All raised in a way for mass quantities, and low prices. Food is much less healthy and lacks good flavor. I recently went for their TG day meal, and sure enough, highly processed turkey. Sliced Turkey shaped like spam. It lacked flavor, was dry, barely warm, and looked, and tasted highly processed. Everything else on the plate was similar. Service was mediocre. I was not offered any rolls or cheese toast. There was also a lot of loud, almost shouting type of communication between staff. My take on the skills of the kitchen staff are weak, based on how my food looked when it arrived, and the temperature. The people they hire, and skills they have matter, but I guess Sizzler, at least at this location, don't pride themselves in having the best who know what they are doing. Overall, it was boring, bland and not worth a repeat."
"I haven’t been to sizzler since they closed in Alameda. I don’t remember it being this horrible. The chicken in the salad bar was undercooked. I had my Malibu chicken sent back twice and instead of refunding it or offering another dish the waitress asked someone else to cover our table. I highly doubt that anyone will eat ice cold mashed potatoes but what do I know… I wouldn’t go back to this particular location again. Even with terrible service, we decided to get wine and leave an orderly table."
