"Everyone knows the brand as quality talks but there was a homeless gentleman inside that within 3 meters around him smelled bad, and I ate quick and got out! Didn't expect it there."

"WE LOVE THE BURGERS! they are so juicy and yummy. Obviously customer services were really incredible. The really good thing about this location is that they have self service order. So that we get really fast checkout experience. Another thing about this location is, you have to wait to park your vehicle. On weekends it gets so busy. But overall we loved it!"

"Ordered the Shack Burger and 'Shroom Burger. The Shroom Burger, the vegetarian option, was nicely put together and it is delicious, although it is a little small for the price, almost $10 with tax added. However, the Shack Burger is disappointing. Look at my picture with the Shack Burger. The Burger looks so sad and unappetizing. The hamburger patty was so small. Tasted normal, nothing to shout about. I remember it was really good when I tried it in New York couple of years ago. Parking is crazy here during lunch hour. This little plaza has a few restaurants sharing the same parking area and it is fully packed at lunch time. Come early before the lunch crowd to get a decent space."

"Loved the truffle burger. Not too much truffle. The strawberry malt is by far superior to most burger joints. Then they have foosball and shuffleboard. You cant beat that. The bacon cheese fries are a little too salty for me but the bacon is nice and crunchy. Next time I will stick with just the cheese fries. Yummy. Must try this place if you haven't."

"Good hamburger restaurant. You can order with tablet panels in the store. Using the tablet, it's easy to customize your burger. I had a shack stack for the first time. It was very tasty... One thing, the parking lot by this shake shack is very small. Depending on what time you go, it may be difficult to park."
