"If I could give this place a zero star I would! The manager and cashier here were extremely dismissive and extremely rude. I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint and was giving the stores number instead. Myself and my family visited here on February 8th, 2024 I would love for someone of this location to reach out via email; because this kind of treatment will cause this location to lose business. Other customers had the same complaints about the treatment from the manager and cashier. I will no longer do business at this location again until this situation is addressed by the higher ups."

"If you order the original el polo bowl, check before you leave, they cut old hard chicken parts and seems like the rice and beans are old, they seem to keep bowls that are pre made with old chicken as well as beans, tell them you want fresh beans and chicken,, watch out, when I say check your chicken, do it, you will see, if you don't check, otherwise, hard, old, chicken parts is what you will get. The staff seems clickish,,, they really don't seem to be caring to provide excellent service, I also checked there restrooms and there stinky and dirty,, if you use a ebt card, look out, they will screw you with old food, this el polo Loco needs a makeover, it should be closed, or hire manager that can get cooks to cook fresh food, at all times, the staff dosent seem welcoming at this el polo Loco. I read other reviews and I'm not the only 1 who stated the dissatisfaction on the quality of food and service at this el polo Loco, I'll be emailing corporate as well."

"Staff constantly locking people out and not giving out food that’s ALREADY PAID FOR due to under staffing. I feel bad for staff but they playing with peoples money and lunch break time. That’s dangerous. Some people don’t have a car or their vehicle can’t fit thru this drive through but the staff don’t care, they will not let you in nor will they give you your paid food order, no matter what. And if you try to park wrong real quick since there’s barely any parking, be careful there’s a psycho security guard securing this parking lot with his life, he will call the tow truck immediately."

"Spent $30 on a mobile order. Once I got to the store, there was a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed due to short staff. I was told to get into the drive thru line to pick up my mobile order that was sitting on the counter. The drive thru line was 11 cars long. Always an issue with this location. Poorly managed. Just don’t go here. It’s always terrible."
