"Stopped by for happy hour. Got the: Enchilada mole - This is a must get. Mole was lightly sweet and slightly bitter, pretty great. Carne asada taco - Overall good, lots of guacamole on top. Taco de pescado - Fish was cooked just right, tender. Pretty good. Skip the elote. The corn was not sweet nor grilled, it seemed like a boiled one. Service was fast. The atmosphere inside was loud and lively."

"I had the pleasure of having lunch at this Mexican restaurant, and I must say it was a delightful experience. We chose to sit outside on the terrace with my friends and it was very pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the ambiance felt tropical with high top tables and lush plants. The service was top-notch as the staff was kind and reactive. While I can't speak for all the specialties on the menu as a vegetarian, I thoroughly enjoyed the salad I ordered. It was fresh, generously portioned, and paired perfectly with a refreshing iced tea."

I wish they had a nut-free mole option, I think that’s probably the entree to get at Madre I think they could also benefit from lower entree prices and flour tortillas as a substitution option (the corn tortillas are dry, bland, and too crackly)"
