"Great customer service. Two team members took their time to answer all my questions. Explain the dishes & address my concerns regarding the spice level. EVERYTHING is delicious depending on your spice preference. Needless to say it’s super fresh. & the vibes in this building are immaculate."
"A hand-pulled noodle joint located in the Citizen Public Market. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the noodles here. We got the tingly cumin with lamb and the Xi'an tomato dry noodles. The tingly cumin noodles had a pretty authentic flavor and the lamb was super tender and flavorful. The owner said they braise it in spices and slice it. The Xi'an tomato dry noodles had a nice flavor as well and the tofu had a meat-like texture that you wouldn't notice isn't meat if you weren't paying attention. We also got the dumplings and they tasted homemade, which is nice. We didn't have high expectations with a Chinese noodle place in a food hall but they definitely surpassed them. The only downside is the price, where the noodle bowls start at $16 and have additional upgrades if you add meat. With the location and clientele, I understand that. Seating is limited at times, so you may have to look around. Great authentic northwest Chinese food in the heart of Culver City!"
"YUM! I get the garlic schezwan dry noodles and it’s a great spice level and surprisingly filling. It is pricy for around $16 not including any extra toppings or proteins, but as a vegetarian who doesn’t like mushrooms, they don’t have proteins options I would get anyway. Love to pick this up when I’m in Culver City! *photo isn’t amazing because I was too excited to eat before I remembered to take a photo!"
"Exceptionally good hand pulled noodles! These are the best that I have had outside of NYC, give them a try. I very much enjoyed both the food and staff at this place. The service was quick and I really enjoyed being able to see the dishes being made. Very simple menu but don’t let that dissuade you from a visit, quality not quantity. I can see why this place is gaining such a loyal following. The food was outstanding and I particularly enjoyed the TINGLY CUMIN DRY NOODLES with BEEF added."
