"Just had 2 employees act very rude within a minute of each other. I asked what the code was for the restroom was and the employee, a young girl just walked by me, made zero eye contact and mumbled the code inaudibly. I asked what she said and she just kept walking. The other little girl handling the front area was also just plain rude and disrespectful. Usually the staff at these restaurants smile and act nice. The behavior was in stark contrast to that. No smile and bad attitudes. The staff seemed annoyed that they had to serve customers."

"Lately the quality of the food in terms of consistency and how the food is given has declined as of late. After having to wait for food to be made/delivered to curbside it’s beyond my comprehension how they could bring me cold food. My fries were soggy and wet as if they had been sitting out and I typed in try request for hot fries! I felt the need to request hot fries since last few times have been given cold even the nuggets & strips! My kids nuggets were as if they cooked em twice and let them sit out. Just disappointed and we frequent this location often."
