"Refunded needed this was disgusting. Dry burger. Asked for medium rare. Soggy fries. Really bad food quality and because you’re in an airport they charge you 15x. No option to not eat anything else. Food is pretty bad wouldn’t recommend"
"We all know food at the airport is too expensive. That aside, I was pleased with the grilled fish taco at Slapfish. I was honestly surprised how big it was. The fish was cooked nicely and paired well with the cabbage, radish, and awesome sauce on the side. I would definitely eat here again in the future."
"Worst value Wanted Clam Chowder. Ordered Clam Chowder. Sticker shock when I saw the bill, because they added an 18% gratuity without telling me. And the price for the little cup of soup was already outrageous. Oh, and I didn't even sit down, I was taking it to go. And to top it off, the clam chowder really didn't taste that good. Just beware."
"Stopped before my flight with plenty of time to pass. Ordered fish and chips. Definitely frozen fish all for the low price of $24.50. Service was quite bad and the server's attitude is one of "I don't care, I'm just collecting a paycheck". I couldn't figure how you can make a living and a server with service like that. Found out when I got the check and had 18% gratuity added for my convenience... yes! Offer terrible service and force 18% on all customers.. What a joke... This restaurant is a scam! Frozen food you can find at Target pawned off as "modern seafood". Didn't frozen freezer fish start in the 30's or 40's!? What's modern about this place!?.. anyways I learned my lesson and chalked it up as a loss."
"I do like that the seating is tucked away. Table was not clean and staff cleared but didn't clean. $76 for very very small fish and chips, fish taco (with two mini taco shells) and a shrimp roll. Shrimp was tasty, slightly tough and bread is perfect buttery and crunchy with soft inside. Fries are horrible. Fish was super greasy, too heavy breading and slightly over cooked. Wishing we'd tried the Asian restaurant instead. I usually like slapfish, but it's a pass at LAX. Expect to leave hungry."
