"Recently moved back home and dying for Del Taco. I could have waited another 6 years for this dry tasteless food. I'm so disappointed. I don't ever remember the food being bad, but this is horrible. Would definitely not go back. Only good note. Overworked drive thru employee was very sweet."

"The bathrooms were locked and as someone with IBS it’s a very stressful situation because you cannot hold it. I also paid for food here I should be able to use a restroom and it’s illegal to not let a consumer fyi a customer not use a restroom. Also the staff is very rude here. We also asked them if they could open the restrooms and they said no. Also there was not any beef in my taco this is ridiculous, I went to another del taco and their service was 100% better. Fix your issues. Have a good day"

"I love Del Taco but don't live in Southern California anymore so rarely get to go. Stopped in here on my way to an event with what I thought was plenty of time to spare. Ordered just a few tacos and fries and it took just under 35 minutes before I had to tell the woman behind the counter it's been half an hour and I have to go so can I just please have whatever is ready in the order. To her credit she was apologetic and even said I could come back later to get the rest of my order but I was out of time and needed to go. Food was still good but it was like the staff was working in slow motion as more and more people stood waiting."

"It took a long time to get acknowledged from employees. I was about to walk out when I was finally acknowledged. After placement of my order I noticed that the dinning area was unattended to. Floor was dirty and also had a large wet puddle and tables were dirty. I had to go inside to order due to the vehicle I was driving (large bus)."

"Service was slow but gave a mulligan due to person being new to the job. But after the order was finally taken food was prepared quickly. Food was better than expected with less salt. Homeless outside though will keep one alert. Good prices with coupons."
