"The staff at this restaurant is lazy and simply do not care for anyone's business. Their dining room signs said, "seat yourself," so I did. The problem was that I sat and sat and sat, and not one employee acknowledged me waiting for service. It was not busy and the servers saw me as they walked by my table time and time again I noticed another customer being ignored at his table as well. We both got up and left after being ignored for quite some time. Came to Filling Station across the way and got exceptional and fast service. If this place is a negative 10 in service, I can only imagine what the food is like."

"FIRE ALL MANAGERS IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! ABSOLUTE TRASH FOOD AND MANAGEMENT. THIS IS INSTITUTIONAL STYLE FOOD THAT IS DISGUSTING. OVER SALTED OVER PROCESSED GARBAGE ON PAPER PLATES. $19 FOR A MARGARITA MADE FROM A MIX IN A PLASTIC CUP AND 30 MIN TO GET THE MARGARITA. JUST DON'T DO IT. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING CORRECTLY. I'M FROM THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY AND THIS IS A ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE AND ALL MANAGERS SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. TRASH TRASH TRASH."

"Loteria Grill to located in LAX Terminal 5 across from the Filling Station I had an excellent Cheeseburger. Cooked perfectly on a flame grill and seasoned well (good quality meat too). Tried the shredded beef, but it wasn’t for me. Burger was great!!! Management was very helpful and friendly."

"This was one of the best dinner and drinks I’ve had at an airport restaurant. The beef burrito was on-point. Moist and flavorful. I also had an Old Fashioned, and they do it right. They use unique flavors with WhistlePig Piggyback Rye and WhistlePig Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. It was amazing. Service was friendly and quick. I had my drink and burrito in less than two minutes. Super friendly workers. Humberto was running the bar that evening."
