It is disappointing to see a company resort to such unethical tactics rather than standing behind their original quote. Additionally, having to drive for an hour to the store only to be met with a different price is inconvenient and a waste of time. I would caution other potential customers about doing business with this store. It is important to be able to trust the businesses we work with, and bait-and-switch tactics and blaming employees are not acceptable practices.
